The Lighthouse Library will be a space to explore your feeling of overwhelm and find ways to lower it

There will be exploration questions, creative workshops, routine trackers, and more

and even movement practices tailored to restore an overactive nervous system

You will be able to become a member at the start of each season for a quarter, and each will have a specific theme.
